If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund it within 7 days of delivery for national orders.
To be eligible for an exchange, the e-bike must be unused, in its original condition, unmarked, and returned with all original components and packaging intact.
To request an exchange, please send an email to info@ecotron.co.za with your order number and we will get back to you to facilitate the exchange. We will arrange for collection from your address free of charge and deliver your exchanged item again free of charge.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please send an email to us at info@ecotron.co.za with a description of the defect and we will get in contact with you to facilitate an exchange.
INTERNATIONAL
Regrettably we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders.
